Refund Policy
At Regency Events, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible for our guests.
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available for any ticket cancellation made at least 14 days prior to the event date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
Credit Toward Future Events
If you are unable to attend and your cancellation is within 14 days of the event, we are happy to offer a credit toward a future Regency Events function of your choice. This credit will be equal to the full value of your original ticket purchase.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to a Regency Events function, you agree to the following terms:
1. Refund Timeframe: Refunds are only available if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. No monetary refunds will be issued after that period.
2. Credit Validity: Credits issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event must be used within 12 months from the original event date and are non-transferable.
3. Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are issued for individual use and may not be transferred or resold without prior written consent.
4. Event Changes: Regency Events reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified, and options for refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
5. No-Shows: Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund or credit.
6. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a refund or credit.
